Note: We have changed our application process and background check supplier.  Any potential purchasers or residents must email pompanocourts@gmail.com and request an application.  We then send your valid email address to the company and they will provide you with the necessary information and forms. The prospective buyer and/or resodent is responsible for financial compensation to Rentspree.  Once they have your info and payment, they will provide the board with your completed application and background check.
